Compulsory photo identification on Check-In: Voters ID Card, Driving license, Passport, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card. (Mandatory as per Government and State Police Department).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation made during Festive Period from (24th December 2020 - 6th January 2021) is non-refundable, non transferable and non amendable.
     
  • 50% amount refundable in case reservation cancellation made 21 days before the arrival date during festive period.

 

Room Reservation norms and procedure.

Room reservation confirmation, only after the deposit of 100% of entire stay amount.
Guest arrivals at the hotel prior to 07:00 hrs, reservation needs to be made and held from the previous (Day) night. Room reservation will be released after 18:00 hrs on the day of arrival unless prior information is given.

Room tariff and applicable (Government) taxes subject to change without prior notice.
